Dr. Pollack is a board-certified physician and a distinguished graduate of Yale University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Intensive Biology. He holds a doctor of medicine from the Downstate Medical Center, Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. His psychiatric and chief residencies were spent at the University of Florida Shands Teaching Hospital. He co-founded Florida Psychiatric Associates and Florida Psychiatric Management (a national managed care company), and is renowned for having introduced the use of computerized topographical brain mapping as a clinical diagnostic tool to Central Florida.

Dr. Pollack co-founded an inpatient facility and a partial hospital program and served as chairperson of several departments in several facilities. He served as an Intermittent Surveyor for JCAHO and worked on their Sentinel Event Unit. He also invented a real time data acquisition and auto-aggregation display system utilizing PDA and internet technologies. His computer software and quality improvement background in the healthcare and online data acquisition industries gives him pivotal insight into the complex systems that are necessary in today's information based business environments.

In addition to his medical background, Dr. Pollack has extensive business consulting/management experience, having assisted companies with mergers and acquisitions, organizational development, trend analysis and task force guidance. To that end, he co-founded Professional Quality Analysts and The Rondo Group. He has been honored with the Quality Excellence Award from the Central Florida Health Care Coalition. At present, Dr. Pollack is serving as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for PaySourceUSA, a national PEO that was founded in Dayton Ohio and has now opened a regional office in Orlando.
