We accomplish this by mentoring and coaching those entrepreneurs in whose businesses we invest; we serve on their boards, provide contacts and assist with strategic planning.

Mr. Jones has held both ownership and senior level positions in a variety of companies including; Corporate Vice President of the Coca-Cola Company, Corporate Executive Vice President of Stroh Brewery Company, Corporate Vice President & President of the Asia Pacific division of Johnson Diversy, owner of Mom's Best Cookie, Managing Director and owner of Graybeard Capital and, Director of Exiance LLC.

He is also an active supporter of his community having served as the Chairman of the Winter Park YMCA, Director of the Central Florida YMCA, Secretary-Treasurer of the Winter Park Health Foundation, Governor of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital, Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Director of Rollins College (Hamilton Holt School), as well as various positions on city Boards.

Currently Mr. Jones serves on the Board of the University of Florida International Center and Central Florida Regional Committee, Friends of American Art/Orlando Museum of Art and, the Winter Park Rotary Club.  He is the recipient of the Rotarian of the Year award (2006), Johnson Diversy Community Service award (2006) and is a Paul Harris Fellow (2006).  He also serves as an advisor to the Winter Park Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and a Masters Degree from Rollins College.  He also attended the University of Singapore.
