Mr. Bieberbach is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Ron Jon Surf Shop. He holds a B.A. degree in Physics and an M.B.A. from Rollins College. His career began with time spent in the United States Navy. Mr. Bieberbach's extensive experience has taken him from Rollins' College Assistant to the Dean of Students, to a five-year career with Walt Disney World, and then on to four years with Taft Broadcasting Company Amusement Park Group. For seventeen years he was a professional consultant to theme parks, resorts, recreational projects and tourist attractions, specializing in management, operations, marketing, and finance.

He serves on the Board of Trustees for Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute and is actively involved in numerous professional organizations. He is a Trustee of Rollins College, Chairman of the Boy Scout Golden Eagle Dinner and as a member of the Marketing Committee for the Brevard Tourist Development Council.
