Instructions
When you are ready to register, you will be asked to create a private user account on our system, powered by Angelsoft^TM. You will need to provide your company's contact information, basic business overview, executive summary, business plan and so on.

Once your application has been successfully received, you will be entered into our review process. Please note that submitting a plan does not guarantee that you will be invited to present your company in person. While every plan is reviewed by at least two people, because of the number of plans that are submitted each month we are forced to limit in-person presentations to those companies that most closely meet our funding criteria.

If your plan is not selected for presentation, however, our staff will nevertheless try to provide you with an explanation of our decision and suggestions of other potential funding sources

A note on confidentiality: In your submission, please do not include confidential information. Winter Park Angels does not sign Non-Disclosure Agreements for initial proposals, of which we receive many hundreds each year. If there is sufficient interest, an NDA may be negotiated at a later time.
